This machine is specifically designed for the secondary packaging of small packages—such as detergent powder, flour, and similar products—into larger woven bags. It replaces traditional manual packing operations, offering a fully automated solution that significantly improves efficiency and reduces labor requirements.
Operating Principle:
The operator simply places several hundred woven bags into the bag magazine at the start of the line. From there, the entire process is fully automated under PLC control:
Automatic Bag Handling: The mechanical gripper automatically picks up a woven bag and opens the mouth.
Product Feeding: The machine signals the metering device, which dispenses the preset quantity of small packages into the product inlet.
Bag Positioning & Filling: The gripper positions the opened bag beneath the feeding mechanism (gate). The gate lowers into the bag mouth, expands, and allows the small packages to flow into the large woven bag.
Bag Transfer & Sealing: Once the preset quantity is reached, the gate rises, and the clamping device flattens the bag mouth before transferring the bag to the sealing and shaping unit.
Sewing: After shaping, the bag is conveyed through a bag sewing machine, which securely seals the bag opening.
Key Features:
High Efficiency: Significantly faster than manual packing, with high throughput capacity.
High Precision: Accurate metering and consistent bag handling ensure reliable results.
Labor Saving: Automates the entire process—from bag picking to sewing—requiring minimal operator intervention.
User-Friendly Operation: Simple operation with intuitive PLC control interface.
Easy Maintenance: Designed for straightforward maintenance and quick changeovers.
