Product Introduction / INTRODUCTION

This product is an automated high-precision sprocket-type case packer independently developed by our company. The main mechanism has been upgraded from gear transmission to a rail-guided system, enabling smooth multi-directional movement (left/right, up/down). It features multi-format bottle gripping capability, packing 6 cases per cycle with dual-lane bottle feeding, achieving a speed of ≥30 cases per minute. Each case and bottle is equipped with a missing-bottle detection system during packing, accompanied by audible and visual alarms.

Product Features / CHARACTERISTICS

• Quiet Operation: The case conveying section uses mesh belt transmission instead of stainless steel chain plates, effectively reducing noise. All pneumatic components are equipped with silencers.

• Protection Device: Includes a protective mechanism that activates in case of misalignment during bottle gripping, preventing damage to the gripping head assembly.

• Easy Operation: Features a guardrail-style bottle feeding structure for convenient operation, enabling quick switching between different bottle types within the packer.

• Open Terminal: All equipment programs are open to the customer for access and customization.
